Our Goal |

Tutshill Community Pre-School is a well-established setting that welcomes children aged 2 and over. Our charity status means that we’re not a profit-making organisation, and therefore our attention (and that of our voluntary committee) is focused on providing the best nursery for your child.

Here at Tutshill Community Pre-school we provide a safe, happy and relaxed environment where the children are encouraged to develop their self-confidence, sense of independence and social skills. Numbers are dictated by what is best for the children and, despite having highly-trained staff, our average ratio is 1:6 (1:4 for 2-year-olds).

Our School
Facilities
Our Pre-school is located in the Tidenham War Memorial Hall which acts as the hub for a number of community activities. The main pre-school room is where the children do the majority of their indoor activities; this has just been refurbished as part of an ongoing program of improvement, as has our garden.
We’re particularly proud of our outdoor space, which has a covered area, vegetable patch, slide, climbing hill, water play, new sandpit and everyone’s favourite, the mud kitchen!

Our staff have a variety of qualifications from Introduction to Play, CACHE Level 3 in Child Care & Education, and BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies. Click here to meet the Team.
